Total project value 7.952.100,74 lei , out of which: 5.964.075,55 lei given from the European social Fund, and 1.988.025,19 lei is the contribution of the beneficiary.

Perioad 18 months (6 January 2014 – 05 July 2015  ).

General objective: to raise capacity of employees to plan projects for the development of POS and provide beneficiaries with quality and efficient services, necessary for the satisfaction of increasingly complex demands on the labour market;

The general objective will be met by following specific objectives:

O1. Developing specific skills (project management, English, processing and interpetation of data about the labour market professional counseling and mediation focused on customer’s needs) for 160 employees of POS  in North-East, South-East, South and West regions in order to start inovative actions to support new forms of POS management and organisation, including setting international partnerships within complex authorised training programs. No more than half of the 160 employees will have the opportunity of attending the seconf training, for a better and complete training of the POS personnel.

O2. Implementing, developing and promoting on national level a inovative model for skill development of POS personnel – elearning portal.
