The County Agency for Employment of Work Force Timiş is organised and functions according to Law nr.145/1998, modifiied by OUG nr. 294/2000, the Statute being approved by H.G. nr.768/2003, with later modifications and annotations, respecting the frame set of rules for organisation and functioning as well as organisational structures approved by National Agency for Employment of Work Force

The. County Agency for Employment of Work Force Timiş functiones as a legal entity subordinated to Bucharest Agency for Employment of Work Force and has public

status. The. County Agency for Employment of Work Force Timiş also organises, coordinates and implements the activity of employment of work force and social protection of unemployed people in the county.
