In contemporary society, which is in contant transition and change, our rolebecomes increasingly more important. The ever so fluctuant standard of living, economic and social difficulties make the profile of individuals who need our services to constantly change, so that our actions have to gain a high degree of adaptability, flexibility to society’s changing needs and implicity the changing demands of its members.

National and county social policies are addressing all categories of people found in difficulty, so that spcial assitence is not only perceived as financial support, but more important guiding people through recovery and developing individual abilities, developing a support network for every individual in order to achieve social integration, psichological and spiritual support. Therefore, the specialists in our institution together with other specialised social actors, make everything possible to help those in need, offerng everybody equal opportunities with the purpose of providing them with a decent life.
