FINANCING: The project is cofinanced from the European Social Fund  by Operational sectorial program for improving human resorces 2007-2013, Priority axis 5 - „Promotion of active employment measures”, Major Intervention Area 5.1. – “ Developing and implementing active measures for employment”.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: The project’s general objective is facilitating access and reintegration on the labour market of unemployed people, people looking for jobs and inactive people by implementing an integrated informing program, motivational counselling and life-long professional formation.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

1. Raising the employment rate by 13% for unemployed people, people looking for jobs and inactive people by acquiring new professional competences as a result of participating in initiation and specialisation courses and employing the participants who have necessary training for available jobs.

2. Raising the attendance to professional trainings adapted to the demands of the labour market for at least 256 people by implementing an information and publicity campaign in Timis county and organising meetings on local level with the support of local public institutions.

3. Increasing the number of people whi benefit from information, motivational counseling and professional training, with the support of the information desk and the partner’s motiovational counseling which will be accessible to participants enrolled in training courses.

4. Raising the level of professional competences by facilitating acces to initiation and specialization by professional training and gaining new professional competencies and knowledge during the training.

5. Improving the training programs with integrated information services, motivational counseling and life-long professional training which will offer unemployed people, people looking for jobs and inactive people the following: help in searching for a job, moral support, a personalised plan for developing professional and personal competences and career orientation. The project contributes to reaching the specific objective of priority axis 5, incresing the partisipation of unemployed people to integrated programs by starting a information campaign on local level and continuously counselling the unemployed people enrolled in professional training programs. Also, the uneomplyted people will benefit from the program for counselling and information because they will be helped through counselling and motivational seminaries during the professional training and after the finalisation, therefore contributing to the support of active measures  to motivate unemployed people, especially long-term unemployed ones. The Objectives of Major Intervention Area 5.1 will be reached by prevention and correction actions to reduce unemployment using continous motivational counselling services which will contribute to enhancing motivation for reintegration in the labour market and setting personalized a plan for professional training and personal development. The objective of increasing the employment numbers of people searching for a job will be reached through information and offering relevant resources for the demands of the labour market and developing new professional skills as a result of participating in professional trainings which are relevant for the current labour market.
