GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

Increasing the quality, efficiency and transparency of measures taken to fight unemployment by optimisation of the information flow provided by the POS. On long term, the project generates positive effects as a result of approaches and methods for matching the offer with the employment needs: by raising the motivation for personal development, interconnecting employers and employment agencies on local and regional level, all of this resulting in increasing quality, efficiency and transparency of POS.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

OS1. Facilitating direct access to POS by offering online public services to people looking for a job, the business environment, public administration and public institutions relevant on the labour market in South-West Oltenia, West and North-West Region.

OS2. Elaborating analysis, studies and prognosis regarding the labour market for 4 POS in three development regions in Romania - South-West Oltenia, West and North-West, by elaborating mechanism for analysis, study and prognosis regarding the general level of workload, degree of occupancy, tendencies of professional training and work migration;

OS 3. Developing a data for 4 POS in three development regions in Romania - South-West Oltenia, West and North-West, by recording and electronic display of offered services, available jobs and active employers;

OS4. Developing “self-service” type services for 4 POS in three development regions in Romania - South-West Oltenia, West and North-West, by creating a informatics system, accessible also on mobile phones, regarding the online offer of employment, and also information, counseling and work mediation.

OS5. Developing actions for a better visibility of 4 POS in three development regions in Romania - South-West Oltenia, West and North-West, by actions of promotion and publicity for services provided to customers by the POS.
