PERIOD OF IMPLEMENTATION: 12th of March 2014 – 11th July 2015 (16 months)

FINANCING: The project was cofinanced from the European Social Fund by the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development 2007-2013,Priority axis 5 - „Promotion of active employment measures”, Major intervention area 5.1. – “ Developing and implementing active measures for employment”.

General objective: Inceasing the level of employment, adaptability and mobility on the labour market 260 inactive perople, looking for a job and unemployed poeple, by implementing a program with integrated measures for employment.

Specific objectives:

ObS1. Providing access to individual counseling and carrer orientation for 260 inactive perople, looking for a job and unemployed people in the West region, Timis County;

ObS2. Providing access to professional training organised in the project for 240 inactive perople, looking for a job and unemployed people in the West region, Timis County;

ObS3. Certiffication of at least 200 inactive perople, looking for a job and unemployed people in the West region, Timis County for several occupational areas such as industry, trade, food industry, beauty and care, administration and management, healthcare, hygiene, social services, information technology – qualifications on level 1, 2 and introduction;

ObS4. Creating transversal abilities wich are not included in the training curricula, but have substantial contribution to integration on the labour market and meet the employer’ demands, for 100 participants in the project;

ObS5. Employment of at least 40 participants in the projects by the employers contacted during the project implementation;

ObS6. Facilitating the exchange of good practices in the area of employment by organising 2 workshops about inovative methods of insertion/re-insertion of unemployed people includin long-term uneployed people on the labour market.
